Let's start from the front of the building please. Thank you for your interest in this home. 

As you stand in front of the building, you will notice modern upscale street lighting all along the street. And you will soonnotice many additional features

of this buiding which I will share some of these details with you now.

there is one main enterance to the shared car park. Talk about convience! Easy in/out for you and your family and guests to go home or visit you.

New technology- You open the main gate, by pressing the FOB button 1, the gate will open even through you are driving on the street

towrds the home, you will be at least 50 to 100 feet away, incredibly, not only the main gate will open as well as the visitor's gate will open.

Welcome to your sweet sweet home. Talk about technology! Remember that this is a concrete building and you are on floor above the main gate 

and you are driving too! As well, not only the main gate will open so will the visitor's gate on the left will open in unison. There are three gates

on the right side of the building before your parking spot on Level Parking P4. Your parkinotice ng spot is directly opposite to the car wash wash which is 

great for you and your car too! Not only does is the car wash big enough to accomadate two cars, it also has a electrical plug. The developer is thoughtful

and you will  many thoughtful additional touches when you tour the home or better yet enjoy them when you and your family lives here! 

The building is barrier free and is ada compliant. there are no barriers on the three south side enterances. As well, the secure serene peaceful only sky above

courtyard garden has wheel chair ramps specifically built to be barrier free. I saw a lady last week who was kindly assisting her Mom through the secure gated FOB 

access only enterance to the courtyard. How nice and sweet that she could bring her Mom home with dignity and ease. or that she and her Mom could enjoy some quiet 

in the open air treed and flowered courtyard. 

You will aloso notice that the main door and the two side enterences have security cameras in action and are gated and secure. You and your family are safe here. The

R.C,M.P. Main Headquaters are only a quick 10 minute police cars drive away.  You will also fell at home here. This is a friendly chill out building! and you will make friends

fast!!! The main front of the building faces south. There are so many details to this buiding that I will contact the Developer and update the details next Monday April 29.

As you enter the main door, you will notice the upsacle lighting and fine looking mail boxes and well as the securiyu cameras in action. Your mail box is conviently near the

secondary door. There are two elevators in the lobby. And the elevators are FOB accessed and are specifically tailored so that you can only go to the your floor as well as the 

public areas such as Parking level 1 or P1. There are 21 parking spots on the right side of P1. and there are 3 EV chargers that I know of currently. There are two EV chargers

in the commercial area.  and one in the right side of the building. our EV car at Infinity! That is less than a small tiny cup of coffee a day!! and you also save your time and

stress finding a EV charger! Wow!! Talk about convenience! and "cheap ride" to all the places and adventures that you will enjoy.

Another cool thing is that there is an vrtual e-pass for when your family and friends drop by. You just sent them the e-pass and they simply register. and you are simply as

hero! Plus, no mare losing those vistor's parking passes or remebering where they are to begin with!
